Our consultants have global technology and operations experience doing both conversions and mergers – experience that spans several business and technology roles. We have led teams through technology and business conversions of large banks, broker dealers and futures commission merchants (FCMs) to new or upgraded front and back-office processing systems. In addition, we have expertise in business mergers and migrations, including the merger integration of the cash, listed and OTC derivatives products for some of the largest banks, broker dealers and FCMs.
We can operate in a variety of roles, from a hands-on SME or work-stream leader, to a full engagement program manager. We understand the time-consuming and complex demands of conversions and mergers. We can support your organization throughout all stages of the conversion, from the initial requirements gathering through parallel processing, dress rehearsals and going live. Conversion experience includes global entities in the Americas, APAC and EMEA.

We have specific experience building the infrastructure to self-clear OTC and listed derivatives globally for several of the largest banks, including budgeting, system architecture, project management, exchange and clearing membership, and implementation. We understand the implications and dynamics involved with this type of initiative.
